The Electrical Sales Professional is responsible for delivering a premium in‑home experience for homeowners by performing comprehensive electrical safety evaluations, identifying system deficiencies, and presenting clear, educational solutions. This role blends technical understanding with strong communication and sales ability.
The Electrical Sales Professional is responsible for delivering a premium in‑home experience for homeowners by performing comprehensive electrical safety evaluations, identifying system deficiencies, and presenting clear, educational solutions. This role blends technical understanding with strong communication and sales ability.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Conduct full electrical home safety inspections, identify hazards, code violations, and system deficiencies
- Clearly explain findings, risks, and recommended solutions in a way homeowners can understand
- Build estimates, present Good/Better/Best options, and manage follow‑up workflows inside ServiceTitan
- Present repair and upgrade options that prioritize safety, reliability, and long‑term value
- Work closely with field electricians to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and job handoff
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue, close‑rate, and customer satisfaction targets
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in electrical service, home services sales, or technical in‑home consulting
- Strong working knowledge of residential electrical systems
- Experience or learning ability to use ServiceTitan for estimates, proposals, and customer communication
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer‑education skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
